修改了下我的所有网站的sidebar

以前没有使用统一的sidebar，每次我要添加一个新的栏目，
就要去各个地方更新代码：
一、xoops主站：
http://www.forcode.net
二、主要博客(wordpress):
http://forcode.51.net/blog
三、blogger博客：
http://ww.forcode.net
四、DC导购：
http://www.daogou.googlepages.com
五、罗刚专题网站：
http://www.luogang.googlepages.com
六、笔记本电脑网：

七、sfw博客：
http://online.sfw-cd.com/blog/blog.asp?name=forcode
主要就是这七个地方，也是我能够放置adsense广告的地方，
现在统一都使用框架调用这个页面：
http://forcode.51.net/forcodesidebar.htm
这样，以后制作了新的网站，只需要更新一下forcodesidebar.htm
这一个文件，其它网站就全部自动更新了，方便了许多，
而且，我还在这个sidebar页面放置了统计代码，
可以对所有我的网站进行访问统计。
